Join a winning team

We are recognized as Southwestern Ontario’s leading personal injury law firm. We are made up of a team of experienced legal professionals including lawyers, law clerks and accident benefits clerks along with a dedicated support staff. Our practice is restricted to serious personal injury, medical negligence and mass tort work. We believe that the only way to prepare a case is to know it inside and out, develop it systematically, and advocate for the client vigorously.

While many firms talk about a team environment, Legate & Associates practices it. Intermediate and senior lawyers work with their own team of three clerks, which have junior, intermediate and senior clerking experience. Junior lawyers work primarily with one of the senior lawyers, while gaining experience and exposure to other styles of advocacy through discreet assignments for other lawyers in the team. All staff is given guidance and training on our methods, strategies and technology. We want you to succeed.

Legate & Associates is proud to be one of the most technologically advanced firms in the Province. When possible, work is completed on a paperless basis. All documents are scanned and viewed using a software system called Primafact ™. Mail is routed electronically within teams. We use an information management system called Time Matters ™ which integrates with ACL™, our document production software. Lawyers and clerks are provided with the ability to work from home through remote desktop and a software phone system.

At Legate & Associates you have the opportunity to work and grow independently with the support and mentoring of highly experienced personal injury lawyers. We are proud of the work we do for our clients.

Isn’t it time you felt good about what you do?
