Keaghan Hepp

Keaghan joined Legate as an articling student in 2018 and was welcomed back as an associate in 2019. Prior to joining Legate, Keaghan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Western University, graduating on the Dean’s Honor List in 2014. He re-attended Western University for law school where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2018.

While completing his undergraduate degree, Keaghan studied human physiology, anatomy and athletic injuries. His interest in body mechanics continued into law school, where he focused on civil litigation and advocacy. Keaghan’s undergraduate and law school experiences both lend themselves to his growing practice in personal injury litigation at Legate.

Keaghan is a strong advocate whose medical-legal background make him a valuable asset to our clients in the courtroom and at the negotiation table. Keaghan understands the strategic nature of the litigation process and brings the effort, commitment and dedication necessary to make sure his client’s are fully compensated for their injuries. Together with the highly skilled and experienced team at Legate, Keaghan is involved in an array of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, municipal liability and medical negligence.

When he is out of the office, Keaghan is involved in the community. He has volunteered his time coaching high school football, helped guide the Catholic Central Crusaders to an OFSAA football championship appearance, and has participated in a number of local charity events, including Art Battle and Children’s Health Foundation Charity Golf Tournaments.
